COURSE ON “LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT” FOR DISTRICT & SESSIONS JUDGES FROM ALL OVER PAKISTAN, AZAD JAMMU & KASHMIR BATCH-IV, (13-18 JANUARY, 2020)
Training on “Capacity Building for Improved Service Delivery” for Civil Judges/Magistrates Islamabad: A one-week training on “Capacity Building for Improved Service Delivery” commenced at the Federal Judicial Academy, Islamabad, on February 15, 2021. While inaugurating the training course, Director General of the Academy Mr. Hayat Ali Shah said,” This training course aims to build and reinforce the capacities of judicial officers based on needs assessed at a local level. You will have the opportunity to improve your knowledge about “Critical Thinking”, “Digital Investigation”,“ Evidence-The Judges Perspective”, “ Facilitating Resolution: The Informal Justice System”, “ Understanding Land Revenue Record”, “ Role of Magistrates in Criminal Justice System” , “ Civil Trial Procedure”, “Integrity Management” “ ” and “ Medical Jurisprudence”. “You would also have Syndicate Discussion and Syndicate Representation,” the DG added. A total of 24 Civil Judges/ Magistrates from all over Pakistan are undergoing this weeklong training at the Academy.
